Shear it up policy’s for new clients  

the year’. First new change, is there will be a no show policy due to individuals not showing up for their scheduled appointment in 2023. When you don’t show up for your appointment. That is a time slot lost for a paying customer, which is also money lost for me. Please understand this is small business. If you don’t show up and I lose to much money from people not showing up, this could mean the end of your cheap neighborhood groomer.   You will be given 24 hours to approve/cancel/ or reschedule your appointment. If you are a no-show, you will be charge an extra $25 fee the first time, if you try to set up a new appointment. you do it a second time, you will be blacklisted and will have to find yourself another groomer. I also wanted to send a friendly reminder that I do not live in the house where the shop is, the shop is a rented space. I need everyone to remain conscientious that I cannot babysit your dog after I’m finished. My shop is a very small space and I am not able to hold on to your dogs for any longer than 30 minutes at a time.  You will receive a text when your dog is finished. If you do not pick up after 30 minutes have passed, you will receive an increase of $1 a minute on your total bill until you pick up your dog, UNLESS we have communicated, stating you will be later.
